How does ordering actually work?
You pick a bundle, fill in the recipient’s name, address and your delivery date, and tap Send order on WhatsApp. The order is saved with a reference code (e.g. GK-A7F2K9D8E1) and WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message. We confirm availability, share a payment link, and arrange delivery.
How will I know my order was received?
Every order gets a unique reference code shown on the confirmation page. Quote it on WhatsApp and we’ll match it instantly. If you don’t hear back within a few hours, message us — we reply personally.
When and how do I pay?
We send a payment link on WhatsApp once we’ve confirmed availability and your delivery date. You only pay after we’ve confirmed the order — never before.
Where do you deliver?
Currently Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Lahore. Hand-delivered, never couriered through third-party fulfillment. If your recipient is just outside these areas, message us — we’ll see what we can do.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes — if you order before before 4pm (Pakistan time). After the cutoff, we deliver next-day. Pick your delivery date at checkout and we’ll match it.
What if the recipient isn't home?
We call them ahead of arrival and reschedule if needed. For surprises, let us know in the note — we’ll coordinate with a neighbour or family member rather than spoil it with a call.
How fresh are the flowers and mithai?
Flowers are arranged the same day. Mithai comes from established vendors in the cities we serve and is dispatched the day of delivery — never sitting in a warehouse.
Do I get proof of delivery?
Yes. We send a photo of the bundle being handed over on WhatsApp, every time. See our delivery guarantee for the full promise.
Can I order something custom?
Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind — specific flowers, a particular mithai shop, a personalised card. The catalog is a starting point, not a limit.
