Some things do not survive a text message. When you have got it wrong and you are several thousand miles away, an apology that arrives at the door in Islamabad or Lahore carries a weight that typing cannot — because it took effort, planning, and the admission that it mattered enough to arrange.

Our apology bundles are deliberately quieter than the rest. Soft flowers rather than bold ones, a cake that is comforting instead of celebratory — London cheesecake, nutella, pistachio — and, most importantly, a card with your words on it. We will write exactly what you send us, in full. Most people say more on that card than they have managed on the phone.

Delivered by hand in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi & Lahore, on the date you choose. Order before 4pm Pakistan time and same-day is often possible, which matters more here than for any other occasion — an apology that arrives four days later is a different message entirely.

Buyers order these from the UK, the US and the Gulf, usually for a parent or a sibling, occasionally for a friend they have let down. You are not charged at checkout. Tell us what you want to say, we confirm what is available on WhatsApp, then send a payment link. We send you a photo when it is handed over, so you know it reached them, and you can decide when to call.

On the card, write more than you think you need to. There is no length limit and we will copy it exactly, in English or Urdu, in whatever mixture you use at home. The card is the part they will keep and read again, and it is the reason this works better than a message that can be scrolled past.
